We use the BPost delivery service for all our shipments. Orders placed Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days.

Track your parcel:
You can track the progress of your order using the "Follow My Parcel" function on BPost. This feature allows you to locate your parcel precisely on a map, indicating the position of the delivery driver and the number of stops remaining before delivery.
To avoid returns for non-delivery, please check your delivery address details carefully when confirming your order or in order tracking. If a parcel is returned as "undeliverable", the order will be cancelled and you will be able to place a new order.
Common reasons for non-deliverability include an incorrect or incomplete address, such as a wrong street number or postcode. If you need to correct or update your address before shipping, please contact us by email. Please note that it is not possible to change the address once the parcel has been dispatched.
